	Denkor Dental Clinic Nampa, Idaho Project scope included the construction of a 3,800 SF, tenant improvement. The facility consists of 11 operatories with medical gas and suction to each, two X-ray stations, laboratory, break room, offices and reception area. A medical gas room was constructed and the vacuum pump and air compressor was in the basement two floors away.
	Idaho Heart Institute Idaho Falls, Idaho Project scope included design and construction of a 20,257 SF, single-story medical office with a partial basement. The facility consists of a cardiac catheterization laboratory with its own waiting room, exam rooms and three recovery rooms with medical gas and medical air to each; a full blood draw laboratory; patient exam rooms; and doctors' and support staff offices. Treadmill testing, nuclear scanning, and echocardiograms will also be performed on site. This facility is classified as an Ambulatory Surgery Center through the State Health and Welfare Department. -More Info.
	Treasure Valley Gastroenterology Nampa, Idaho Project scope included construction of a 26,663 SF, two-story medical facility with a full basement. The facility contains two gastroenterology suites, two day-surgery operating rooms, five recovery rooms with medical gas and medical air to each, patient exam rooms, and doctors' and support staff offices. This facility is classified as an Ambulatory Surgery Center through the State Health and Welfare Department.
	Laura Lineberry, DDS, MS, PLCC Boise, Idaho Project scope included the construction of a 1,910 SF tenant improvement. The facility consists of 4 operatories with medical gas and suction to each, laboratory, offices, break room. This facility featured laminated flooring, glass block interior walls and extensive custom cabinetry throughout.
