Best Bath Systems, Inc. needed to start manufacturing their products, as quickly as possible after buying their building in Caldwell Idaho.

The Benchmark Design-Build team needed to do office and plant improvements to be more efficient than the old Boise facility.  The Benchmark Design-Build team also needed to provide a high-velocity ventilation system to send the exhaust into the atmosphere and the make-up air to off-set the ventilation system.

Best Bath Systems, Inc. is now 25% more efficient in manufacturing their products and the employees work in a much nicer environment with their new facility.
